Colonel Steven G. O’Donnell, Superintendent of the Rhode Island State Police and Commissioner of Public Safety, announces that the Rhode Island State Police have arrested nine (9) suspects for Driving While Intoxicated over the course of the weekend.

 

The following is a list of those arrested:

 

Amanda L. Luiz, age 26, of 11 Sims Avenue, Seekonk, Massachusetts

  • Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (BAC Unknown)
  • Refusal to Submit to a Chemical test

 

Dino A. Santilli, age 43, of 28 Esmond Street, Smithfield, Rhode Island

  • Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (BAC Unknown)

Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test

Joseph Diorio, age 28, of 21 Oakland Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island

  • Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (.138 / .136)

 

Joshua Thompson, age 32, of 246 Valentine Street, Fall River, Massachusetts

  • Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (BAC Unknown)
  • Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test
  • Obstruction
  • Operating on a Suspended License

 

Zachary T. Boulay, age 26, of 2 Bennett Street, North Providence, Rhode Island

  • Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (BAC Unknown)
  • Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test

 

David Burns, age 58, of 109 Arnold Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island

  • Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (.255 / .237)
  • Leaving the Scene of an Accident

 

Ana Sanchez-Soares, age 41, of 2 County Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island

  • Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (.115 / .112)

 

Michelle J. Fernandes, age 27, of 79 Ontario Street, Providence, Rhode Island

  • Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (BAC Unknown)
  • Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test

 

Takia L. Coles, age 23, of 5 Dimock Street, Boston, Massachusetts

  • Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (BAC Unknown)
  • Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test
  • Reckless Driving

 

Coles was arrested on Sunday, at 2:48 AM, after a Trooper witnessed her vehicle traveling southbound on Route 95 North, in the vicinity of Exit 21, in the City of Providence. There were three passengers inside of her vehicle at the time of the stop.
