Obama Gives Speech At Fort Hood

The United States President, Barack Obama, visited the US military base at Fort Hood, a week after a soldier with post-traumatic stress killed three people before killing himself.

Obama spoke at a ceremony in memory of the victims, where he commended the soldiers who gave their lives to save others.

The President also said that there is still much to be done to maintain the secure military facilities and to provide help to soldiers with mental health problems.
