Mr. Decof became a practicing trial attorney at the law firm after graduating
Georgetown University in 1976 and Suffolk University Law School in 1979. He and his
late father, Leonard Decof, then founded Decof & Decof P.C. For more than 35 years,
Mr. Decof has served as lead trial counsel in state and federal courts in Rhode
Island and Massachusetts in complex medical malpractice, product liability and
general negligence cases involving serious personal injury and wrongful death.

Mr. Decof is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the American Association
for Justice, the Rhode Island Association for Justice, the International Academy of
Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the American College of
Trial Lawyers.
