Rhode Island – Herbert Claiborne «Clay» Pell IV informo que tiene programada una conferencia de prensa para el 28 de Enero a las 11 am en el Centro de Convenciones de Rhode Island, para anunciar si declara su candidatura para gobernadorPell de 32 años, nieto del fallecido Senador Claiborne Pell dijo durante una entrevista que dará su  apoyo para prohibir las armas de asalto, subir el sueldo mínimo y darle licencias de conducir a los “inmigrantes indocumentados”
