BOSTON – Friday, April 18, 2014 – Governor Deval Patrick today signed H. 3664, “An Act Relative to a Massachusetts Boston Strong License Plate,” which directs the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to establish a license plate memorializing the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings adorned with the phrase “Boston Strong.” All proceeds from sales of the license plate will be distributed to the One Fund or, in the event of its dissolution, another non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to the victims of last year’s Marathon attacks. BOSTON -- Friday, March 7, 2014 – Governor Deval Patrick signed H. 3934, “An Act Relative to Unlawful Sexual Surveillance,” which modernizes the Commonwealth’s criminal voyeurism laws to outlaw what is known as “upskirting.” The law goes into effect immediately.
