Shooting At A Naval Base Leaves Two Dead

A shooting at the world’s largest naval base in Norfolk, Virginia, left two people dead.

A spokesman for the naval base reported that a sailor, aboard the destroyer USS Mahan, had died by gunfire, until the guards killed a civilian suspect.

The base was closed for a short period of time after the incident, which occurred on Monday night.

It is not yet clear whether the civilian was allowed to be on board of the ship.
