Lincoln Woods Barracks
At 9:44 AM, Troopers arrested Wilfredo Andino, age 47, of 1451 Broad Street, Providence, RI for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-II originating from the Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later turned over to Providence Superior Court.

At 4:08 PM, Troopers arrested Maria Feliciano, age 46, of 29 Lisbon Street, Providence, RI for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V originating out of the East Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Wood’s Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.

At 12:55 AM, Troopers arrested Victor Kashouh Jr., age 25, of 88 Bath Street, Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Lincoln Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Wood’s Barracks, processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

Scituate Barracks

On January 12, 2016, at 1:00 PM, Troopers arrested Hector Figueroa, age 32 of 11 McClellan Street, Providence, RI on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation 32F on the original charge of Carrying a Pistol without License, originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and transported to Providence Superior Court.

On January 12, 2016 at 2:47 PM, Troopers arrested Alexis Roman, age 21, of 800 Douglas Avenue, Providence, RI on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Warwick Police Department on the charge of Embezzlement. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Killingly Street in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and transported to the Warwick Police Department.

On January 12, 2016 at 4:20 PM, Troopers arrested Jonatan Gonzalez, age 28, of 32 Gifford Street, Providence, RI for a Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear – Non Support. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the Town of Johnston. Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute.

Hope Valley Barracks
At 10:10 AM, Troopers arrested Debra Nieves, age 59, of 37 West Friendship Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Embezzlement/Fraudulent Conversion over $100, 2) Forgery and Counterfeiting, 3) Theft – Credit Card Fraud, 4) Computer Access. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation conducted by Troopers and the subject subsequently turning herself into the Hope Valley Barracks. The subject was processed and transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 2:54 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Velez, age 21, of 58 Burnside Street, Central Falls, RI, for 1.) Violation of No Contact Order – Third Offense, 2.) Operating on a Suspended License, 3.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Cranston Police Department. Velez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center pending morning arraignment at Fourth District Court, where he will be presented as a probation violator.
