NORTH SMITHFIELD -Two people died and a third was seriously injured in a single-car
crash on Route 146 North about 2:10 a.m. today.
Rhode Island State Police Captain Matthew Moynihan said the car was headed north on
Route 146 when it went off the road and into the grassy median, striking a guard
rail and rolling over several times.
Al three occupants were ejected from the vehicle.
Karissa Harrison, 24, 27 Spring St., Johnston, and Henry Feliz, 30, of 1 Glasgow
St., Providence, were pronounced dead at the scene.
A third occupant was transported by North Smithfield Rescue to Rhode Island

Captain Moynihan said it is unclear who was driving at the time of the crash. Speed
