Rhode Island State Police Handle Fifty-Five Accidents During The Snowfall
Colonel Ann C. Assumpico, Superintendent of the Rhode Island State Police and Commissioner of Public Safety, announces that as a result of the snowfall tuesday, Troopers handled fifty-five accidents throughout the state between the hours of 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM. There were no major injuries reported in any of these accidents.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and use extreme caution during wintery weather conditions.
