Red Cross Rhode Island Chapter celebrating 100 Years of Service Celebration begins in March as part of Red Cross Month

PROVIDENCE, RI., (February 29, 2016)- The American Red Cross Rhode Island Chapter is
kicking off its Centennial Celebration on March 1 as part of Red Cross Month at the
Rhode Island State House.

This occasion is being held to recognize 100 years of service to the greater
community. Red Fluorescent lights will be illuminated in the state house dome in
recognition. In addition, the Rhode Island chapter’s 100 years of Service traveling
exhibit will be debuted.
