Raimondo Directs Flags to Half-Staff in Honor of the Chattanooga, TN Shooting Victims

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Governor Gina M. Raimondo has directed that Rhode Island flags be flown at half-staff at state facilities and buildings on Tuesday, July 21 in honor of the military members who were killed in Tennessee last Thursday.

«We are all indebted to our military servicemen and women for their sacrifices, their dedication, and their duty to country,» Raimondo said. «All Rhode Islanders mourn last week’s tragic acts of violence in Chattanooga. The families and loved ones of all those affected by this attack will be in our thoughts and prayers.»
