PPD Intelligence and Organized Crime Bureau arrest

Providence, RI- On July 10, 2017 an arrest warrant was executed for Miguel Garcia,
age 46 of Cranston, by members of the Providence Police Department’s Intelligence
and Organized Crime Bureau in connection to the recent investigation and arrest of
his wife, Rosemary Garcia, age 36 of Cranston. The PPD Intelligence and Organized
Crime Bureau, with assistance from members of the Patrol Bureau, responded to Vault
Lounge, located at 387 Atwells Avenue, where M. Garcia’s vehicle was parked in the
rear lot of the establishment. M. Garcia was arrested without incident and charged
with two counts of conspiracy, one count of access to a computer for fraudulent
purposes, and one count of wrongful conversion by an officer or state or municipal
employee.

Miguel Garcia was transported to central station and held. He was released to appear
with a pending court date of September 11, 2017.
