 Pawtucket Police Arrested and Charged Two Residents on Drug Charges

On February 6, 2019, the Pawtucket Police Departments Narcotic’s Unit and the Providence Police Narcotic and Organized Crime Bureau executed a court ordered search warrant at 7 Dexter Ct. in the City of Pawtucket. The search warrant was issued after an ongoing investigation into the illegal distribution of Heroin and Fentanyl throughout the Pawtucket and Providence area. As a result of the investigation the two residents, Sergio Ricard, 31, and Savanah Rosa, 22, were arrested and charged with:

 

  1. Possession of Heroin with Intent to Deliver
  2. Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Deliver
  3. Manufacturing Possessing Delivering Fentanyl 1oz-1kg
  4. Manufacturing Possessing Delivering Heroin 1oz-1kg
  5. Manufacturing Possessing Delivering Marijuana 1kg – 5kg
  6. Distribution or Manufacturing in or Near School
  7. Maintaining a Common Nuisance
  8. Third of Subsequent Offense (Ricard Only)

 

The Narcotic’s Unit seized approximately 70 grams of Heroin, 105 grams of Fentanyl, 4.5lbs of marijuana, various packaging and distribution materials and approximately $2,000.00 in US currency. The street value of the illegal narcotics is estimated to be approximately $17,000.00.
