Providence – Former Providence Mayor Vincent A. «Buddy» Cianci died at age 74. Cianci’s  death was confirmed by former mayoral chief of staff, lawyer Artin H. Coloian.  Cianci died shortly after 9:30, Coloian said. Cianci was admitted at Miriam Hospital on Wednesday.readmore
