Juvenile female stabbed in Pawtucket

On August 23, 2016, Pawtucket Police responded to Galego Court 110 Leonard Jenard Dr. for a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival officers encountered a juvenile victim with a small laceration on the back of her neck. The victim stated that she was stabbed by another juvenile female during a fight. The victim was transported to Hasbro Children’s Hospital by rescue where she was treated and released.
Another juvenile female on scene approached officers and stated that she had stabbed the victim. This female was detained and interviewed by detectives. Based on the investigation she was charged with Felony Assault and Disorderly Conduct and held at the training school.
