Judge gives green light to make public documents of 38 Studios

Providence, A Superior Court judge ruled Friday that the documents of 38 Studios that had kept under seal will be made public, likely within 10 days. Among the documents are the sworn statements of many of the defendants in the case, as well as powerful politicians of Rhode Island connected to the decision to back the loan to the company of Curt Schilling video games, including the former Governor Donald Carcieri and the former spokesman of the House Gordon Fox.
