HealthSource RI Contact Center and Walk-in Closed This Weekend for Routine Maintenance

PROVIDENCE, RI (April 28, 2015) – The Contact Center of HealthSource RI, Rhode Island’s state-based health benefits exchange, at 70 Royal Little Drive in Providence will be closed on Saturday, May 2, and Sunday, May 3, for updates to its customer support system.

Rhode Islanders will not have access to HealthSource RI’s call-in phone number or to the walk-in center services during this time. Rhode Islanders can still compare, choose and pay for a plan on HealthSource RI’s website at www.HealthSourceRI.com. Customers can also take advantage of HealthSource RI’s network of navigators who offer enrollment assistance in the community. A directory listing of navigators can be located on the website.

The Contact Center at 70 Royal Little Drive in Providence will return to normal operations on Monday, May 4, with call-in and walk-in hours from Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and on Sunday, 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm. Customers can also call 1-855-840-4774 for enrollment assistance during these hours.

Open Enrollment for HealthSource RI ended on February 15, and HealthSource RI enrolled over 33,000 Rhode Islanders in healthcare coverage during this period. The Special Enrollment Period for Tax Season ends on Thursday, April 30
