PAWTUCKET - Pawtucket Mayor Donald R. Grebien and Northern Rhode Island Chamber
President John Gregory welcomed White Dog Distilling to Pawtucket today. Based in
the mill complex at 560 Mineral Spring Avenue, White Dog Distilling produces rum,
corn whiskey, moonshine, gin and bourbon. Owners, Carlo Catucci, Alecia Catucci,
Eric Sylvestre and Vincent Greene, plan to open to the public on Saturday, April
28th from 1:00-5:00 p.m. to offer craft cocktails and tastings.

"The City welcomes White Dog Distilling to the craft brew capital of Rhode Island,
where creativity and passion are not limited to just the arts," said Mayor Grebien.
"They are joining a bustling area at 560 Mineral Spring with a theatre company,
comedy and improve theatre, a brewery and more."

John Gregory stated "Pawtucket continues to show that they are a city that embraces
businesses from entrepreneurs to signature companies. The Chamber is pleased that
they had a chance to work with the city in turning Carlo Catucci's hobby into a
business."
The ownership group said "The White Dog team is excited to bring small batch craft
spirits to Pawtucket, the birthplace of American innovation. We're proud to be the
first micro distillery to make its mark in Pawtucket."

Owner Carlo Catucci has a degree in physics and is a full-time teacher. His passion
for distilling began as a hobby at home and over the past two years he has worked
with the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center, the Northern Rhode Island
Chamber and the City to expand his operation to Pawtucket.
