Central Falls police to co-host ‘Coffee with a Cop’

CENTRAL FALLS – The Adams Public Library and the Central Falls police department have collaborated on a new monthly program called “Coffee with a Cop”.

Coffee with a Cop is on a mission to improve trust and build relationships – one cup of coffee at a time.

The police chief, or member of his command staff, will be on hand monthly at the library for one hour sessions to speak – and drink coffee – with citizens in a casual atmosphere regarding any questions or concerns they may have.

The Adams Library is located at 205 Central Street, Central Falls, RI 02863 and the next scheduled event is Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 11:00am.

This is yet another example of the Central Falls police department’s commitment to the community policing philosophy.
