 Celebrations Begins for Brown’s 250th Anniversary

Rhode Island – Brown University in Providence will begin celebrating their 250th anniversary that will last 15 months with fireworks, a giant cake in the shape of the first building where in 1765 the University started functioning at the time as Brown College of Rhode Island in Warren and it will be highlighted with a speech by World Bank President Jim Yong Kim. The school was founded in 1764.
