Rhode Island – Block Island Residents remain divided regarding the proposal to install wind turbines on its coast. More than 100 residents came to the public meeting last night at which exposed the Deepwater Wind project $ 300 million, some favoring the project say that this would reduce the high prices paid for energy, while opponents argue that the turbines would ruin the ocean panorama.
