Captured: State police arrest JAMES MORALES

Massachusetts State Police confirm they arrested James Morales.
Trooper Joseph MERRICK spotted MORALES in area of Route 28 in Mystic Avenue. Suspect ran, Trooper pursued on foot for about two blocks.
Morales escaped from the Wyatt Detention Facility early New Year’s Eve by scaling a basketball hoop and climbing over razor wire.

MORALES will be booked at State Police Barracks in Medford.
