Secretary Of State Meets With Palestinian Leader Mahmoud Abbas

Secretary of State, John Kerry, arrived Wednesday in Jordan to meet with Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas to resume the dialogues of peace between Israel and Palestine.

Abbas said in recent days that the dialogues had been canceled during the last round of negotiations due to the non-compliance of the Israeli Government with the third round of release of political prisoners, which had been announced for Saturday.

Kerry will also meet with the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, in the coming days.
