Rhode Island State Police Arrest Eight Subjects for Operating Under the Influence During the Weekend
Colonel Steven G. O’Donnell, Superintendent of the Rhode Island State Police and Commissioner of Public Safety, announces that the Rhode Island State Police have arrested eight (8) subjects for Operating While Intoxicated over the course of the weekend.
The following is a list of subjects, who were arrested for Operating while Intoxicated:
David R. Motta, age 39, of 200 Riverside Avenue, New Bedford Massachusetts
• Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (BAC Unknown)
• Refusal to Submit to a Chemical test
Daniel A. Koehler, age 28, of 16 Ferncliff Avenue, Warwick Rhode Island
• Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (BAC Unknown)
• Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test
• Operating on a Suspended License
• Malicious Damage
Corey J. Ruzzo, age 33, of 40 Harris Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island
• Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (Blood Results Pending)
• Reckless Driving
Tyler J. Hartley, age 26, of 12 Cady Street, Providence, Rhode Island
• Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (.107 / .103)
• Reckless Driving
Joseph Rosales, age 19, of 8 Kepler Street, Providence, Rhode Island
• Driving Under the Influence – 1st Offense (.151 / .134)
Sara D. Laroche, age 28, of 5 Moretti Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island

Steven G. Allen, age 34, of 9 Cedar Pond Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island

David Baker, age 44, of 35 Shadow Box Crossing, East Greenwich, Rhode Island
