Raimondo, Director of Veterans Affairs to Open New Veterans Resource Center

WARWICK, R.I. – Governor Gina M. Raimondo will attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony
tomorrow to open the Rhode Island Office of Veterans Affairs’ new headquarters and
resource center. She will be joined by Kasim Yarn, the state’s first Director of
Veterans Affairs, and other leaders to celebrate Rhode Island’s continued commitment
to increasing opportunity for veterans.
