Providence Police investigate 14th homicide of the year

PROVIDENCE, RI- On October 27, 2015 Providence Police responded to 50 Randall Street apt. 4F for a report of a suspicious death upon arrival. Police met with Providence Fire Department personnel, who responded at 1043 hours to a report an unresponsive female.  The victim, identified as Zenaida Pacheco age 54, was transported to the Rhode Island Medical Examiner’s Office where an autopsy was conducted. The results of the autopsy conclude that this incident is ruled a homicide and is being investigated by Providence Police Detectives. This is the 14th homicide in the City this year.
