Pedro Torres was captured in Fall River

APPREHENDED: Mr. Pedro Torres was captured in Fall River, MA on September 1, 2016 by the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section, City of Fall River Police Department Tactical Team, Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force and the U.S. Marshals Service.
Mr. Torres was wanted by the Puerto Rico Police Department (Policía de Puerto Rico) for homicide. He was last seen in Providence, RI on August 19, 2016.
