Pawtucket Police arrest 5 with the assistance of the US Marshall
RI – On August 2, 2016, the Pawtucket Police Department with the assistance of the US Marshall Service executed four court ordered search warrants, in addition to four arrest warrants, related to the shots fired road rage incident on July 20, 2016 at 94 Japonica Street Pawtucket RI, which lead Officers to 136 Park St.
Officers responded to the 136 Park Street address where they recovered the below pictured firearms and made several arrests in relation to the incident on Japonica Street. Today’s search warrants concluded a two week long investigation, which resulted in additional charges for the below listed individuals.
The first search warrant was executed at 48 Larch St. Apt 2 Pawtucket RI. The target of the investigation Xavier Spooner was taken into custody without incident and charged with 3 counts of felony assault, 1 count of conspiracy and 1 count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence.
The second search warrant was executed at 28 Ash St Pawtucket RI. The target of the investigation Joshua DosSantos was taken into custody without incident and charged with 3 counts of felony assault, 1 count of conspiracy and 1 count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence. J. DosSantos will also be charged with possession of a machine gun stemming from the July 20, 2016 incident. Christopher DosSantos was also taken into custody for 1 count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, 1 count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, 1 count of maintaining a common nuisance, 1 count of third or subsequent offense of possession of narcotics, 1 count of possession with intent to deliver oxycodone, 1 count of possession with intent to deliver ecstasy.
The third search warrant was executed at 33 Derby St Apt 2 Pawtucket RI. The target of the investigation Jerremy Alves was taken into custody without incident and charged with 3 counts of felony assault, 1 count of conspiracy and 1 count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence.
The fourth search warrant was executed at 9 Shoreham Court lower apt. Pawtucket, RI. The target of the investigation Ailton Oliveira was taken into custody without incident and charged with 3 counts of felony assault, 1 count of conspiracy and 1 count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence.
