CENTRAL FALLS – A Woonsocket youth who had been put on home confinement with electronic monitoring after an August carjacking – and who was arrested by Central Falls detectives in October, along with his mother, for violating a Family Court order – was arrested yet again Tuesday morning when members of the Special Investigative Unit (SIU) executed a narcotics search warrant at 20 Rand Street.

The 16-year-old, still on home confinement, was charged with manufacturing and delivery of cocaine, distribution of a controlled substance within a school zone, and a subsequent violation of a Family Court order. He was held at the Rhode Island Training School overnight and arraigned this morning in Family Court; the presiding judge ordered him held until a probable cause hearing scheduled for December 28, 2015.
