Jury Reaches Verdict in Murder trail of Arron Hernandez

Fall River – Arron  Hernandez’s verdict is guilty of Murder of First Degree.   Jury also found Arron  Hernandez  guilty of  firearm and ammunition charges. Hernandez is charged with killing Odin Lloyd in June 2013. Lloyd was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancee. He was shot six times in an industrial park near Hernandez’s home.

Hernandez’s mother, Terri, and his fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins, cried and gasped when they heard the verdict, and Lloyd’s mother and family members also cried. 

The sentencing was late morning; the judge heard from Odin’s mother and other family members before the sentencing.  The sentence was life without possible parole for the murder of Odin Lloyd.
