Final Report of the Providence County Grand Jury Reported January 22, 2016

Efrain Blanco (age 32) 101 Althea Street Providence, RI P1-2016-0221A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Efrain Blanco with murder. It is alleged that on or about October 25, 2015, Blanco murdered 54-year-old Zenaida Pacheco in her fourth floor apartment at Charlesgate East in Providence.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Blanco has been held without bail since his arrest on November 5, 2015 and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 10, 2016.
Donnell Kilgore (age 22) 128 Warrington Street Providence, RI P1-2016-0220AG
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Donnell Kilgore with murder and discharging a firearm while committing a crime of violence resulting in death. It is alleged that on or about April 23, 2013, Kilgore shot and killed 19-year-old Demitri Todd.
On August 12, 2015, the Providence Police Department issued a warrant for Kilgore. He was arrested two days later in Pawtucket by members of the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Kilgore has been held without bail since his arrest and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on January 29, 2016.
Luther Parente (age 31) 232 Power Street Providence, RI P1-2016-0222A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Luther Parente with one count of first degree robbery. It is alleged that on or about September 14, 2014, Parente robbed an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree.
The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Parente is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 10, 2016.
Jack Sales (age 84) 44 Mill Street Cumberland, RI P1-2016-0223A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jack Sales with one count of first degree sexual assault and five counts of second degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about days and dates between May 16, 1983 and May 16, 1987, Sales sexually assaulted a male juvenile known to him. It is further alleged that on or about dates over several years, Sales molested four girls 14 years of age or under who were known to him.
The alleged incidents took place in Cumberland. The Cumberland Police conducted the investigation. Sales is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 10, 2016.
