Cranston’s Economy Attracts Business

(Woonsocket) – Since Mayor Fung was first sworn into office, Cranston has seen business flock to the city. Since taking office in 2009, Cranston has had over 4,100 jobs created.

“Cranston is becoming known throughout the state and country as a city that has a climate where business can succeed,” said Mayor Fung. “We have two developments in Garden City and Chapel View that are not only jewels of Cranston, but are jewels for the entire state. We did that without spending a single taxpayer dollar on either project.”

Mayor Fung has put an emphasis on cutting through the red tape, making it easier for businesses to start up.

It is this type of leadership Mayor Fung will bring to the State House.
