Man accused is arrested in recent shooting

Rhode Island - A 19 year old man has been arrested and charged in connection to the shooting of a man who was injured, Saturday afternoon in Providence. Jorge Delcid, of Hartford Avenue, surrendered to the authorities. Robert Evans 24 was found injured and bleeding on the steps of his residence on  Health Avenue and was able to identify his attacker Delcid was instructed on multiple charges including the armed assault and is being held without bail. Environmentalists Group calls for ban of plastic bags
