Boston murder fugitives arrested in Central Falls
CENTRAL FALLS – Central Falls Detectives along with the U.S. Marshalls Fugitive Task Force and members of the Boston and Rhode Island State Police arrested a 26-year-old man from Dorchester on allegations he shot and killed a man in the City of Boston.
The team of law enforcement officers executed a court authorized search warrant at 423 Pine Street yesterday afternoon after receiving credible information that the suspect – Nicco Pledger and his 25-year-old girlfriend Lisa Lewis of Roxbury – were hiding out there.
The couple were arrested without incident and transported to Central Falls police headquarters for processing where they were held overnight until their arraignments this morning as fugitives from justice.
Pledger waived extradition back to Massachusetts where he will be charged with murder and Lewis waived extradition as well where she faces charges of accessory to murder after the fact.
