Preparing to hire over 80 full and part time employees

WARWICK, R.I. – All American Assisted Living will open its doors for the first time on Thursday, October 6 for a sneak peek of its first Rhode Island development. The construction site tour of the senior living residence, located in Warwick, is the first of several events leading up to its official opening in early 2017.

We offer many of the same the amenities of larger facilities, but deliver them with a care and attention that sets us apart.”
To keep costs reasonable, residents have a private bedroom but share a common suite-area including a living room, kitchenette and bathroom shared with another resident. All suite residents participate in a matching process. These traditional, shared units are $4,100 per month. Pricing includes 24-hour security and access to all amenities and medical programs, including trained personal care staff and on-site registered nurses.
Residents will also have access to the All American Optimal Living Program, which includes a full-time rehabilitation consultant and exercise physiologist to help residents manage conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, and dementia by increasing strength, mobility, and balance in an effort to decrease falls, injuries and hospitalizations. This is a first-of-its-kind program in Rhode Island and is offered at no additional cost.
Once complete, the 54,000 square foot Toll Gate Road development will include 45 traditional units and 13 memory care units, along with common areas, including a library, bistro, media room, dining room and wellness center.
All American’s Warwick will begin hiring 80 part-time and fill-time employees in late October.
