Bob Healey, Former Cool Moose Running for Governor as a Moderate
Rhode Island – Bob Healey, founder of the Cool Moose Party will joined the race for Rhode Island Governor on Thursday, but as a Moderate.
The candidate, James Spooner of the Moderate Party had to drop out due to medical reasons.
The Chairman, William Gilbert of the Moderate Party informed the Secretary of State ‘s office Thursday about the change.
Healey has previously run for Lieutenant Governor hoping he could eliminate the office. He has made multiple runs for office and won 39 percent of the vote for lieutenant governor in 2010.
